The Guilliot Dental Plan is not dental insurance. It’s a plan that helps our paitents enjoy a discount on dental care for a low annual membership fee. Our plan allows members to recieve discounted rates on preventative, restorative, cosmetic, and specialty services.

Exclusions
This plan is a discount plan. In no way is it intended to be dental insurance. It cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance plan. Patient’s portion of treatment fee due at time of service. Financial options are available

- In-network with Cigna, Always Care, Sunlife Financial, and MetLife.
- Medicaid is only accepted for adult dentures at the Downtown Lafayette location.
